Overview[]
Rocket defenders are unique tanks that fire both rockets and aerial rockets into the air. The aerial rockets are fired in pairs, and while come down onto the ground near the player after some time. The locations where the aerial rockets will land are marked by a red target on the ground. Rocket defenders will fire aerial rockets, even if you aren't in their line of sight.
Strategy[]
- Approach these tanks similarly to black tanks.
- Stay away from high walls as the red targets will be be hidden behind the walls.
- Always keep a watch out for incoming aerial rockets, as you may get distracted facing other tanks.
- Move and combat enemies in bursts, wait for a rocket defender or rocket defenders to attack with their missiles from above and then counterattack the enemy or move up before they can launch another rocket. Their face to face combat ability isn't anything to write home about and can easily be dispatched.
- Aerial rockets somewhat resemble the rocket projectiles fired by Teal Tanks and the like. Try taking a mental note of their differences, as confusing the two can prove fatal.
